What's the Day of Service?
DOS Promo01: Day of ServiceThe Day of Service is our way of giving back to the community that hosts the Nonprofit Technology Conference. At the 2006 NTC, the Day of Service will be held on Wednesday March 22.
We will be looking for:
| Individuals to volunteer
| Groups that need volunteers
| Groups that want training
The Day of Service is an opportunity for nonprofit techies to give something back to the community where the Nonprofit Technology Conference is held. Local nonprofits with a technology project that can be addressed in a single day are matched with teams of nonprofit techies who possess the appropriate skill sets. This year, we seek to match 30 groups with nearly 100 volunteers."
