Hosted Apps Lift Online Charitable Donations - Computerworld: "Many charitable organizations and nonprofit groups credit new Web-hosted fundraising management applications for improving their communications capabilities and increasing online donations.

Els said the GetActive offering includes powerful tools for keeping in touch with the San Francisco-based environmental group's 34,000 donors and activists and helping them organize events and campaigns."
