The Junior Seau Foundation, founded by NFL All-Pro Linebacker Junior Seau, today announced that it is the recipient of $900,000 in Fujitsu technology and services. The products are part of a $30 million technology grant program designed to benefit and serve the technological needs of community-based and non-profit organizations nationwide that are selected by a third party consulting firm.


'I am honored and humbled that the Foundation has been selected as a beneficiary of this technology grant program and that it will receive nearly $1,000,000 in Fujitsu products and services,' stated Junior Seau. 'This demonstration of confidence in my organization's ability to deploy the technology grant through our network affirms my belief that corporations and individuals can support the Junior Seau Foundation and be assured that their generosity is used wisely to benefit the youth and community of San Diego.'
