On-line philanthropy site to launch Monday - Newsday.com: "The founders of Fat Wire, one of Long Island's more high-profile technology companies started during the dot.com boom, have set their sights on online philanthropy.
On Monday, July 2, they will test-launch www.411Karma.com, a social networking site that allows entrepreneurs and others not only to share information about their pet causes but to make donations that will be sent along to charities."
