Blackbaud Agrees To Buy Convio For $275 Million - Forbes: There are profits to be made in non-profits.
Blackbaud, a provider of cloud-based software for non-profits, this morning said it has agreed to buy Convio, which provides fund-raising software for the non-profit sector, for $16 a share, or about $275 million. Convio closed last week at $10.74.
