massnonprofit.org ::: Survey Yields Suggestions for Nonprofits’ Use of Technology
March 16, 2012 — Nonprofits can take better advantage of available technologies to improve the services they deliver and the ways they deliver them, according to a recently completed assessment of 180 nonprofits.
Recommendations—summarized in a report titled Unleashing Innovation: Using Everyday Technology to Improve Nonprofit Services researched and written for MAP for Nonprofits, a management consultancy, by Idealware, which advises nonprofits on software decisions—were based on a survey of Minnesota human service nonprofits and detailed follow-up interviews.
