BlackBerry users could find their devices eerily silent Wednesday morning.
A massive system failure at Waterloo, Ont.-based Research in Motion - the company behind the hand-held tools - is affecting users across the Western Hemisphere. The outage, which occurred at about 8pm Tuesday, means users may not be receiving any emails.
According to published reports, messages aren't being successfully sent to the mobile devices."
